Why We Started
We were tired of settling.
Every drawer had the same story — t-shirts that looked fine online but felt disposable in hand. Thin fabric. Inconsistent sizing. Prices that made no sense for what you actually received.
We looked for premium quality without luxury markups and found a gap. The market offered fast fashion on one side and inflated luxury on the other. Nothing in between was built with real conviction — so three friends decided to build it ourselves.

36DegreesWest wasn't born in a boardroom or pitched to investors. It started with three friends who shared one frustration — and one standard that refused to bend.
We didn't set out to build a fashion label. We set out to build the t-shirt we couldn't find anywhere else: dense fabric, honest pricing, and a fit that actually felt considered.
This brand is the result of late nights, rejected samples, and arguments that only ended when all three of us agreed it was right.
